Triple H and Roman Reigns
The Game comes out on Raw and talks about his history. He also talks about how he is obsessed with what he does and why he is the champion. He calls himself the greatest superstar in history and then Stephanie McMahon talks about how this Sunday is about the WWE World Heavyweight Championship and nobody else. Out comes Roman Reigns and he comes down to the ring. Triple H kicks Reigns a few times before getting a few punches in. Stephanie blocks him from doing more damage and he files out of the ring.
Well, that was underwhelming. I really hope that this was not the end of the night for both men. If it was, THAT is the best you can do? Bring up Roman’s family vs. Triple H’s. Talk about The Rock and talk about how Triple H outlasted him in this business. It only makes sense to make this more than something that seems to briefly break the surface.
So, Are the WWE Tag Team Championships Meaningless?
The New Day come out and talk about The League of Nations. They bash The League of Nations and it gives us Kofi Kingston in a match against Alberto Del Rio. I understand it is 4 on 3 at WrestleMania, but the titles need to be on the line. What is the point if they are not? I just do not understand this booking decision because you already have ANOTHER tag team match with not much behind it in terms of importance. Luckily, Del Rio and Kofi can GO. They put on a fun and entertaining match.
