Isenberg Reacts: WWE Raw “Here Comes The Money, Money Talks”

Chris Jericho and AJ Styles

Both men talk about their match at WWE FastLane and Chris Jericho says he respects Styles and extends a handshake. Out come The Social Outcasts and they are not buying it, so a match starts. Like you would assume, Jericho and Styles work well together to beat the Social Outcasts.

I am not sure about this segment tonight, considering that Chris Jericho is so much better as a heel. I do think Jericho keeps himself in line for an IC Title match against Kevin Owens and AJ Styles. I just cannot see him fitting in anywhere else right now on the WrestleMania card. You knew that him coming back means a spot on the show.

I also think, with his history with that title, that him and Owens could cut some really good promos and make this feud with all three men one of the better IC Title feuds at WrestleMania. With two other BIG matches announced, the Intercontinental Championship match and feud will likely be heavily featured on Smackdown, which I am all for. They will have their matches on Raw, but expect more important happenings on Thursday Nights.

Ryback Walks Out

The Wyatt Family had a rematch, but with Bray Wyatt inserted over Braun Stroman, against Ryback, Kane and The Big Show. A physical match and an above average performance that was overshadowed by the random walk-out from Ryback. He left his team high and dry, letting Bray hit Sister Abigail and picking up the win.

Last night, Ryback carried his team. Tonight, Ryback carried his team. With him walking out, one would assume that Ryback is going to turn heel. I think it is the right call. If the crowd boos him, roll with it. Any reaction is better than no reaction. Did you hear how bored the crowd was with this segment tonight? Maybe because of the continued mistakes made when booking The Wyatt Family. I look at them and wonder, “why?” Why in the hell does WWE constantly make poor decisions on their future? Where do they fit in heading forward? The past 24 hours was all about Ryback, good or bad. He is more valuable, right now, than any of these other guys. Surprising, yes.
