A British Point of View: Thank You Daniel Bryan

Daniel Bryan was the wrestler and character that everybody related too. We all went nuts in the attitude era for the boss defying character in Stone Cold Steve Austin and here we had Daniel Bryan, the man who has all the talent in the world and is completely overlooked by what the company saw as better investments.

It’s the thing we can relate too in life and we lived vicariously through Daniel Bryan’s character as he climbed to the top of the WWE mountain.

I consider myself to be very fortunate to have been there in person for both his defining moments in Miami in 2012 when the crowd were outraged at his short title loss to Sheamus and his captivating moment of becoming the man in 2014.

Sadly, this was all cut short but at least he was able to experience that moment. It would have been all the more tragic if he never managed to have that moment that we all know he drastically deserved.

Now Bryan Danielson needs to find a new direction, and I think he has plenty of options on the table. Whether he has his own business ventures, becomes a full-time father or takes another role within WWE, he’ll always have that place in the fans hearts.

Thank you Bryan for being the ultimate professional, for your sacrifices and for the entertainment.
