Seth Rollins vs. Ryback
Ryback throws him out of the ring and the world champ stalls. Ryback slows the pace down and applies an armbar, connecting with a shoulder block. Ryback hits a stalling suplex and then gets another two count. Rollins gets a few quick moves, smacks Ryback in the head and then the IC Champ hits another suplex.
Both men run around the outside and Rollins kicks him and then gets caught with a body dive. He throws Ryback into the steel post and then into the steel steps heading into a break. We see both men slugging away, exchanging lefts and rights. Rollins hits a knee from the top rope and gets another two count. Ryback tosses Seth and with a back body drop. Shoulder tackle and Ryback flips him over and tries a powerbomb. Seth battles out in a multiple reversal scenario and gets dropped with a powerbomb.
Ryback heads to the top and Rollins cuts him off. Ryback misses a splash from the top and Seth only gets two. Baseball slide and a a suicide dive gives Rollins a chance to count out Ryback. He hits another one and Ryback rushes in and connects with a spinebuster. He looks to hit the Meathook clothesline and then picks him up for Shell Shock. Seth kicks him in the head and Sting appears in the ring and says he is waiting. Ryback rolls him up and picks up the win.
Head games. Seth Rollins loses, thanks to a slight distraction and looks so frustrated after the match. This was a really good match and showcased a lot of what Ryback can do. He is more versatile and agile, more focused and much smarter in the ring. I love seeing Rollins in a frustrated state of mind. I am not all about this statue thing, yet. I just wonder what the point is of it? Does it really spike interest in the fans to see a statue of someone? Like, seriously?
