Team Bella vs. Team B.A.D. vs. Team PCB
The Divas Revolution continues going into SummerSlam where all 9 Divas will be given the chance to. It will be interesting to see how long this match gets on the night seeing as it’s an elimination match. Nikki’s reign is a large cloud which is hanging over this division and until we get past her beating AJ Lee’s record, I can’t help but feel we’re treading water at this stage. I still think this will be great spectacle in the ring. Also, on a completely unrelated note; when I tried to type Becky Lynch in to my iPhone the other day, Auto Correct changed it to ‘Be My Lunch’, make of that what you will.
Prediction: Team PCB – Be My Lunch with the assist!
Bray Wyatt & Luke Harper vs. Dean Ambrose & Roman Reigns
Another feud which hasn’t really resonated with me that much. I’m also worried that this isn’t the end of the feud. Maybe Ambrose will turn on Reigns? I feel something needs to happen, whether this just becomes an unstoppable brawl with no finish to take us to the next PPV or whether this is the actual blow off so everyone can move on to other feuds afterwards.
Prediction: Dean Ambrose & Roman Reigns – Only because Wyatt won last month
WWE Tag Team Championship – The Prime Time Players vs. New Day vs. Los Matadores vs. The Lucha Dragons
I still feel that the focus going into this match has been the New Day and feel that they should hold the Championships moving forward. Who knows? After they ran their mouth on RAW about some old legends, maybe we could get a few surprises in store?
Prediction: The New Day – ‘Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh, we want some New Day!’
Kevin Owens vs. Cesaro
This match is probably the show stealer. Cesaro has been moved into a more prominent role and being given the chance to do more promo work (shame he just keeps going on, and on, and on, and on…) Seriously, you won’t find a more hardworking couple of guys in the ring than these two. They know that the chance is there to turn some heads and I fully expect them to take it. I also think that Owens needs to look strong coming out of this because of his recent loses to Cena.
