Mr. Anderson defeated Bram
Impact starts off with Mr. Anderson and Bram in a physical contest. With Anderson picking up the surprise win, after the entire match getting beaten down, I was not surprised to see Bram attack Anderson on the stage with his microphone.
I am surprised, however, that not many people have used the microphone against Anderson. Bram is compared to Bruiser Brody, from The Pope, and I see the similarities.
I just wish Bram continued his assault, potentially cutting open Anderson. He looks ruthless and without emotion. He has a raw and intense look, so TNA needs to remember that a basic attack after the match makes him like every other heel. Thats NOT a good thing.
James Storm Calls Out Koya
Storm is upset and gets into his face about last week’s actions, where he cost Storm his match. He talks about making him something and slaps him on the face a few times. He smacks him in the head a few more times, upsetting him. He rips the shirt off and Koya hits a sitting powerbomb. He says his name (which I cannot understand) and says he is proud of his people.
He yells at Storm and shows real emotion. He is a naturally big guy and separates himself from Storm. It was a miss for me. Koya, or whatever he calls himself now, has not been a big feature and should stay with Storm. He is a guy that has developed very little and has not shown ANYTHING other than size and some potential. Too soon.
