WWE Network is Now Thriving and All It Needed Was Time

csrI posted a column on CSRWrestling.com about how the WWE Network is finally hitting their stride and thriving less than two years after it’s debut.

Below is an excerpt and the entire editorial can be viewed at the link above. The rest of the editorial talks about which woman is taking off, thanks to the WWE Network.

“WWE Network started off rough and had it’s infant stage longer than most people wanted. With loading issues and lack of original content, it seemed like it was set up to fail. Whether the numbers dictate this or not is a different story, but WWE Network is “must have.” All that it needed was time. Simply more time.

With NXT being an alternative to WWE Raw and Smackdown, it gives the fans the opportunity to see performers they would rarely be exposed to. Without NXT, “Beast in the East” would have been nothing more than a live event with Brock Lesnar appearing. The exposure is spectacular, but NXT is not the only thing thriving.”
