Now that TNA seem to losing their TV network, at first they lost Spike TV, and 2nd it was Destination America. What are the chances we might see TNA to remain in wrestling business within 5 years from now, or they might sale the company?
Obvious, with everything we are hearing, it certainly seems more unlikely by the day. Personally, I don’t see TNA sticking around another 5 years, I give them 2 years tops – and then even that seems too much. I think that ROH will be the next TNA providing they don’t make some of the same mistakes as TNA. But no, I don’t see them lasting another 5 years, nor should you expect then to last another 5 years at this point. There is just too many problems that they can’t fix right now, mainly the fact that half their roster is leaving.
Every time I read an article on this website about TNA, people ridicule you guys about it saying that you are “TNA fan boys” and what not. Why do some people hate TNA so much that they want it to go down the tubes?
You can’t always blame them, TNA has let many fans down in the past. It’s a tough subject because you don’t know the whole story. There’s always going to be people like that. Other times, it’s because they have watched WWE all their life and that’s the only wrestling program they want to watch. To many fans, WWE has become their life and refuse to watch anything else – it’s a small minority but I have personally seen it happen, and I’m sure many of you have too. Though, I really don’t think you can call yourself a true wrestling fan if the only thing you ever watched is WWE. TNA has got to take some blame at this point as well.
People like me, we hated ECW and WCW, we didn’t understand how great they were compared to WWE in terms of having all kinds of matches. Don’t you think, people like me we should regret that both ECW and WCW are gone, and WWE will never have great matches the way both ECW and WCW had before?
People have a lot of different opinions on WCW so I won’t talk about that one, but I would certainly regret that Ecw is gone, and that you never had a chance to enjoy it.
ECW was one of those promotions that can not be mimicked – people have tried and tried but they will never relive the days of ECW. ECW had everything going for it, and if you didn’t watch it, then you missed so much. That’s really all I can say about ECW, it’s a phenomenon that will never be executed again – no matter how much WWE tries. I would be very disappointed to miss that great time in wrestling history.
