Damien Sandow is Back
Damien Sandow comes out and talks about being himself and thanking the WWE Universe for being so supportive of him. He talks about his gimmicks he has gone through and out comes Curtis Axel. He talks about being a poser and not being someone else.
Damien Sandow mocks him and ends up hitting an elbow drop and a leg drop.
I really like Damien Sandow and think he could really be good, if the fans continue to get behind him. He has plenty of momentum, but I do question how they are going to repackage him. I am not in favor or a generic rock song and no direction for him. The guy is genuinely funny and has a good look. If he adds a little more muscle and is given time in the ring and on the mic, I think he can succeed.
Neville vs. Luke Harper: King of the Ring Round 1
Luke Harper controls most of the match, but Neville hits an awesome move from the rope. He connects with a missile dropkick and a standing moonsault. Harper hits a big boot and then gets a two count.
Neville kicks out at two and both men are at a stand still. Harper grabs him by the hair and tries to hit a powerbomb, but Neville hits a nice German Suplex. He catches Harper with another kick, but Harper hits a sit down powerbomb. Neville strikes a few forearm smashes and Harper throws him into the corner. Harper and Neville are on the top rope and Neville head butts him. He hits a big kick and a nice Powerbomb from the top. He goes up top and hits Red Arrow for the win.
I am sold. Neville is incredible in the ring and really looks good in every single way. He does not even need to talk to get over with the crowd. He delivers and is INCREDIBLE. Kudos to Luke Harper as well, who is the definition of a consistent and athletic big man. Excellent match with two young talents who are here for a very long time.
