The Miz vs. Damien Mizdow
Both men make theatrics about taking their sunglasses and jackets off. Miz clothesline Mizdow and begins to kick him in the stomach. He yells at Summer Rae and then Mizdown hits a combination back breaker and neck breaker. Miz heads to the outside and rings up Mizdow on the rope. Mizdow rolls him up out of nowhere for the win.
One win each. Rubber match will take place soon, but what is the overall prize? What is the end game? I want more action and more reason to care. I like what they have done in the past, but tonight seemed like they are running out of ideas for them. It was so good last week, but it took a step back to reality. Build more of the relationship between Damien and Summer Rae. Maybe because we all know about Miz and Maryse that many may not care about the “woman angle” in this story.
Luke Harper vs. Ryback
Harper hits a beautiful kick to his head, which grounds Ryback. He uses a Gator Rolll to get going and follows with some chops. Ryback catches him into a powerbomb and then Harper rolls to the outside. Harper throws Ryback and gets DQ’ed. Out comes Dean Ambrose and both men brawl. Harper fends him off and escapes through the crowd.
Much better than earlier in the night. Luke comes the typical heel and retreats. I want him to be booked better than the typical heel. Luke Harper could be money for this company. Could he surpass Bray?
