Roman Reigns Defeated The Big Show
Much like every match, Big Show controls early with big chops and clotheslines. Reigns picks up the pace with a big kick and then a few clotheslines. Big Show hits a side slam and hits a splash from the second rope. Big Show hits a baseball slide onto Reigns, sending him into the barricade. Big Show grabs Reigns by the hair and he laughs in his face. He punches Big Show multiple times and then hits a Superman Punch and then another one. He hits a third and gets caught. Big Show gets a Spear and Reigns picks up the win.
Roman Reigns was beaten down pretty much the entire night, but fought back for the win. Big Show added a few new moves, actually connecting with his splash from the second rope. This was the better of their matches over the past few months. Reigns was so limited in what he could do because of who he had to face.
Sheamus defeated Mark Henry
Sheamus says he is a real man and there are not many of him left. He talks about his size and says not many people are as big as him. Mark Henry comes out and a match ensues. Henry throws Sheamus to the outside and he begins to rip the announce table apart. He throws Henry into the ring post and then hits some chops to his chest. He hits a running knee a few times until Henry falls down. Sheamus reverses a WSS with a chop and a Brogue Kick for the win.
I wanted to see Sheamus more aggressive and more of a heel. Get rid of the chops. Let him continue to dominate, but use the outside weapons. Let Sheamus be unleashed. This was just another Sheamus match. When you change his character, there needs to be an attitude change in every single way.
