Isenberg Reacts: Impact Wrestling “Excellent Show of Emotions and Intensity”

Last Man Standing

impact wrestlingBobby Roode runs down to the ring and hits Eric several times with some forearms. Young tries to hit a suplex, but Roode reverses it and kicks Eric a few times, then he gets a table and sets it up as we go to a break. Young is in control and slams Roode to the ground and into the steps.

Another reversal sees Roode escape a Piledriver only for both men to knock each other out with clotheslines. Eric Young finally gets the Piledriver he wanted and Roode makes the count. They fight back and forth before Roode drops Eric with a piledriver on the chair, and then sets up a Roode Bomb. Eric grabs the ropes and kicks Roode on the apron, then he calls for a piledriver outsid. Roode is able to counter with a Roode Bomb through the table. Young cannot make the ten count and Bobby Roode picks up the win.

This feud has become so personal and heated. I give so much credit to both men for making it a really intriguing “former friends” feud, where they have reached a new level of intensity. Bobby Roode is just excellent, while a heel Eric Young has surprised me. They have booked him stronger than ever and a loss here really does not do much to stunt his growth.

BDC Takes Out Drew Galloway

Drew and MVP get going on the mic and both men begin to fight in the ring. They get a few minutes in, but the BDC comes in and beats down the Scot.

Galloway is busted open with a lead pipe and the BDC is in control of this feud now. It was rushed a little here, but Galloway continues to slowly progress up the ladder. For him, who will come and help? Will a guy like Austin Aries be on his side? He cannot fight this crew over and over again by himself, so I wonder who is going to be partnering up with him. They have options on a roster full of talent.
