Isenberg Reacts: WWE Raw “Cruise Control Heading Into Fastlane”

Seth Rollins vs. Dolph Ziggler

wwe rawThe segments between Dolph Ziggler and Seth Rollins was really good. I enjoyed the promos before the match. It felt personal and WWE let Dolph crack a few jokes and then get serious. Dolph is naturally funny and it comes off as natural. His comedy reminds me of Chris Jericho’s.

After a few good promos, both men put on a great match. What I want to know is this: When is Randy Orton getting back? He has to fight Rollins at WrestleMania, right?

What happens with Dolph Ziggler at WrestleMania 31? He should get a really important match, but I am not sure where he fits. There needs to be some sort of contender’s match at the big event, giving guys like Ziggler a reason to feel important. He deserves a huge match, especially after his hot end of 2014 and into 2015.

Ric Flair Hypes Triple H and Sting

Triple H talks about Sting and Ric Flair comes out quickly. He says that he respects Hunter and they talk a little about their history. Flair says that Triple H should not put himself in a position to fail. Triple H says that Sting’s career was built on Ric Flair’s reputation.

Flair says he is not acting like himself. Triple H begins to run down WCW and says that Sting comes back after all this time to make it personal. He says that he is the WWE. Flair says he is not wrestling full-time and that he is running a company. He says that he does not want Sting to sneak up on him.

Triple H pushes Ric Flair down to the mat. He says there is nothing more important to him than his wife, his children and the WWE. He says nobody will stand between him and his company. The Game finishes with saying that Sting will not show his face again after WWE Fastlane.

Compelling television. Ric was stellar and Triple H shows why he is one of the best ever. Triple H knows how to say it and when to say it. His timing is incredible. I love the fact that this is picking up steam at the right time. Triple H and Sting is going to be one hell of a story. Note, Sting hasn’t wrestled in quite some time as well…. That didn’t make much sense to me.
