Ambulance Match
Dean Ambrose wastes no time and hits a cross body. He tosses Wyatt across the announce table and then sends him into the crowd. Ambrose continues to punch him and throws him skull first into the Ambulance. Wyatt hits him in the throat and Ambrose kicks his way out of the Ambulance. Ambrose and Wyatt fight again in the Ambulance and Wyatt slams the door on his knee. Dean kicks Wyatt in the face and both men get back into the ring. Wyatt is cut open on his one eye, but continues the onslaught.
We get back from a break and Ambrose unloads a big clothesline. Ambrose hits punch after chop after punch after chop. Wyatt gets up again and tosses him to the outside. Both men head to the Ambulance and Ambrose sends him off the stage with a big clothesline. Wyatt throws Ambrose into the Ambulance. Ambrose finally uses the backboard and hits Wyatt a few times. Ambrose hits an elbow drop from the top of the Ambulance through the table. Bray hits Sister Abigail into the back of the Ambulance. He hits another Sister Abigail and throws him into the Ambulance for the win.
So, this is the final match between the two guys? Bray wins the big ones and Dean wins a taped one on Tribute to the Troops. When this feud began, I questioned how it would make both men look. Neither man had a signature win. Neither man could afford a loss. All in all, I really enjoyed the match itself. Fast, physical and really smart booking from a “move” standpoint.
Dean will be fine, I understand that. I just do not what it does for him to make him feel like a main eventer. He has already been a mid card champion. He needs a really good feud where someone can put him over. Who could that be? For Bray, the next 4 weeks will tell us if he has a match against The Undertaker or not. The verdict is still out on that. It’s not my favorite idea, but not the worst.
The Miz, Damien Mizdow and Alicia Fox defeated The Uso’s and Naomi
Naomi gets her hands on Alicia Fox, who took her spot on Total Divas. She hits a few clotheslines and then Fox tags in The Miz. Jey hits a cross body and then Mizdow does his usual stunt. Miz tags in Damien, but tags himself back in. Miz taunts The Uso’s and then hits a neckbreaker combination. Jimmy gets the hot tag and hits a Samoan Drop. He hits a splash and then Fox stops Jimmy. Naomi attacks Fox and then Jimmy has to stop from hitting his wife, which allows The Miz to get the win.
This was not my favorite interaction with all of these superstars and Divas. I am not sure if they really executed what the match was supposed to be. It seemed a little sloppy and confusing to me. Naomi was the only part that I found relatively entertaining. She has another level and I want to see it. Miz and Mizdow lose quick to The Ascension and then beat the champions? I am having a hard time seeing the logic here.
