Lashley Sends Message To Bobby Roode
Aries flies to the outside , but Lashley catches him. Aries throws him into the post and Lashley gets hit with a running dropkick. Aries heads to the top and then Lashley ducks him from another dropkick. Lashley connects with a belly to belly suplex and then another.
Lashley keeps hitting belly to belly suplexes and Aries is finally able to get a boot to his face. Lashley meets him up top and then Aries bites him in the ear. He battles out of it and Lashley falls. Aries hits a missle dropkick. Austin Aries hits a few discus forearm and then grapples his neck. He hits a neckbreaker onto the middle rope and hits a Suicide Dive onto the guard rail. Lashley throws Aries off the ropes and then he hits the steel steps. He hits a Spear and both men are counted out.
I loved how they booked Lashley tonight. They really booked him to be ticked off and angry, wanting his revenge against Bobby Roode. This is the best kind of Lashley. I was getting sick of him wearing a jacket and not speaking. Tonight was completely different and benefitted adding more fire to his feud with Roode. Aries, being a fan favorite, was the perfect choice.
