Title This: WWE Raw Reaction “No Star Power Forces Ryback Into Main Event”

All About The Authority and Team Cena

raw reactionMark Henry joins The Authority for Survivor Series and has a match with Dolph Ziggler. He attacks him and gets disqualified. This brings out Big Show and he says that he is on Team Cena. Sheamus joins as well and Jack Swagger is out due to an injury. This brings us to the main event of John Cena vs. Ryback.

Ryback and Cena exchange rights and lefts and then Ryback hits a side suplex for a two count. Ryback continues the assault with a neckbreaker and a kick to the chest. Ryback hits a Lou Theis press and tries to hit Shell Shock. Cena counters with some shoulder blocks and Ryback catches him with a body slam.

Another power move by Ryback and another two count. Cena reverses Ryback and locks in the STF. Ryback reaches the ropes and Cena is able to lock it back in. Alas, Kane gets into the ring and causes the disqualification.

We see all members of each team come out and The Authority takes control. The end of the night shows Luke Harper throwing Dolph Ziggler at the feet of Triple H and Stephanie McMahon.

Let’s break this down. Big Show and Mark Henry added is a good call because they do NOT need a singles match. They can hit their big moves and be part of an even bigger match.

For Rusev and Sheamus, this is also a good addition. I would rather see championship matches on the Survivor Series card, but Rusev gets a bigger rub right here. That makes sense to me and can really help Rusev be spotlighted on a big stage.

My biggest question is Luke Harper. A feud with him and Dolph Ziggler could be in the works and could be a really intriguing feud. It is something we have not seen before and will be fresh. Harper is a big man who fights like Ziggler. He has great speed and agility. I just question him in this match. If he gets eliminated, does that hurt his debut as a singles competitor?

Either way, Ryback should be a face right now and could be the last spot on Cena’s team. If that is the case, let him be the last one standing. He cannot lose AGAIN on a pay-per-view if you are really wanting him to be something.
