There are few rivalries more personal and bloody than that of Triple H and Mick Foley, who had not one, but two unforgettable matches together in 2000.
I think Mick probably knew he couldn’t top the King of the Ring match with Undertaker. No one spot is ever going to beat the dive off the Cell. Instead, they started experimenting with different things they could do with the match itself, like going through the side of cage this time, and having him actually break the ring canvas with his body. Because of a stipulation where Foley would have to retire if he lost the match, this was one of the more emotional rides on this list.
I’ll keep it at that, because what more can we really say about these two inside Hell in a Cell?
