Brie Bella defeated Summer Rae
Brie Bella takes on Summer Rae in a quick, yet effective match. Brie looks fast and smooth in the ring, who hits a missle dropkick and her finisher to pick up the win.
There was not much to note here besides Nikki Bella looking on when her sister wins. WWE knows that they dragged this on for too long.
The dust has settled and the steam has been let out. Finally, we get the payoff.
A Shocking Return
Dean Ambrose comes out and talks about getting his hands onto Seth Rollins. He grabs a puppet out of a bag, dressed as Rollins. He talks about how he is a puppet to The Authority. Ambrose begins to rip apart the dummy, showing that he is going to brutalize him on Sunday.
Seth Rollins comes out and says that he sold out and he likes it. Rollins gets into the ring and begins to talk face to face with Ambrose. To everyone’s surprise, Mick Foley comes out and says he came out to visit an old friend. He looks at the cell and talks about their match on Sunday. Foley talks about envisioning Seth Rollins winning.
Foley says Hell in a Cell is the perfect match for Dean Ambrose. Foley says that he has been there and done that. He says the scars will not heal and will haunt you. He says the emotion wounds will not heal.
Great call to see Mick Foley here helping get the Hell in a Cell match over. WWE Hell in a Cell was must-see, thanks to this match. Now, you know it is going to be intense and probably one of the best cell matches ever. I expect a huge spot and I really want WWE to let these guys do a memorable spot. It is always about a few spots and the story that is told. This story has been four months in the making. That is SO LONG in terms of wrestling. This did everything to make it even more intriguing. It reminded me of when Mick Foley talked to Edge about his Hell in a Cell match against The Undertaker. That paid off and this will also.
Raw peaking at the right time…
