Kurt Angle
This is really a no-brainer. Kurt Angle is one of, if not THE best technical wrestler to ever step foot inside a wrestling ring. He became a world champion prior to the brand split, but maintained his spot on top until he left the company in 2006. His programs with Brock Lesnar are some of the best in history. His return to the brand and surprise World Championship win in 2006 was one of the best moments in Smackdown history. His reign as GM was short, but memorable.
