Title This: WWE Raw Reaction “Dean Shines, Where Were Brock and Paul?”

John Cena vs. Randy Orton

Randy Orton and John Cena close the night in the main event. Orton begins the assault by working on Cena. He kicks him and hits a few back breakers. Cena hits a few shoulder blocks, but Orton ducks and Cena heads to the outside. Randy Orton hits a back breaker onto the announce table. Orton positions Cena and he is sent over the top rope. Randy Orton gets back in control and an irish whip into the corner knocks Cena down.

Randy Orton hits a hanging DDT from the top rope. Cena gets Orton with an STF and Rollins and Kane get involved. Kane hits a chokeslam onto John Cena and they drag John Cena to the outside. They reveal what was supposed to be the cinder blocks, but Dean Ambrose is hiding in the black box. Ambrose unloads and takes out The Authority. He hits a cross body and takes out Orton, Rollins and Orton. He hits a massive clothesline onto Rollins and then John Cena gets his hands onto Seth Rollins. John Cena hits an Attitude Adjustment and he stands tall with Dean Ambrose.

The ending was good, but it did not leave an huge impact on me. I thought Dean Ambrose was hot in the beginning, but saving John Cena and getting his hands on Seth Rollins at the end of the night was just average. I really appreciate WWE booking the show around the returning Dean Ambrose. That is exactly what they have to do when you have a part-time champion.

Speaking of that, what the F is WWE thinking not having Brock Lesnar or Paul Heyman there tonight? That was a big let down and made no sense to me, considering that was the last sight we saw at Night of Champions.
