Wrestlezone’s Top 10 WWE Battleground Predictions & Drinking Game

Prediction: Rollins & Ambrose Doesn’t Get a Decision

WWE Live at BB&T Center in action during WWE LiveThese two have been carrying the show with their rivalry recently. I watch RAW just to see what Dean and Seth are doing. You know we’ll get two or three PPV matches out of this  feud, and they will face off in some stipulation match at SummerSlam. So that being said, it’s highly unlikely we get any kind of finish here at Battleground. I could see Dean going crazy and getting himself DQ’d, which would lay out Rollins to keep him from cashing in on Cena later on. I could see the alternative, with Rollins getting DQ’d and Ambrose coming back later in the night to thwart his cash-in plans. Either way, I highly doubt anyone gets a pinfall or submission here.

Drinking Game: drink if somebody gets DQ’d or they get counted-out. Drink every time a weapon is used.

Prediction: Swagger & Rusev Will Be Great

I’m actually sad that Rusev vs. Big E didn’t get more attention – those two were GREAT together. But the feud between the Brute and Swagger has also been pretty fun to watch, or at least the interaction between Lana and Zeb Colter was a match made in heaven. I do think Rusev picks up the win here, but I doubt we’ve seen the last of these four working together. Swagger is a big guy, which is often masked by…well, him not doing anything interesting with anyone, and people forgetting he’s a big guy. He doesn’t have the mass of a Big E, but he’s got the height and strength to put on something special here, I think. It won’t be a 5-star classic, but we’ll get something to talk about.

Drinking Game: drink every time the managers get involved. Drink if they have an “epic stare-down moment”.
