The Undercard
Sheamus defeated Alberto Del Rio
Even though we have seen this match over and over, they always give us a good fight. The veteran presense from both men lets the fans enjoy a battle that rarely has mistakes. Sheamus and Del Rio fight to the outside and Del Rio tries to lock in his submission hold. Del Rio counters a White Noise with a DDT. Both men are on the top rope and Sheamus hits a shoulder block. Sheamus locks in a Texas Cloverleaf and Del Rio gets stuck on his shoulders after. Sheamus lifts Del Rio off of his arm and hits a Brogue Kick for the win.
Again, a solid match with no build and no real level of importance. Sheamus needs to find a real competitor for the United States Championship. Do not be surprised if Rusev is in line, after his feud with Swagger ends.
Score: 6/10
Bo Dallas defeated Diego
Do we really want to see Bo Dallas face a glorified tag team opponent? Dallas was in the ring with DANIEL BRYAN at Money in the Bank, but his competition relies on Diego right now. This makes no sense to me.

Chris Jericho Returns to Smackdown
Jericho talks about returning on Monday and then gets serious about being attacked by Bray Wyatt. He says thank you and says he never worked with someone like him. Jericho says he wants to get crazy and he can get crazy. Wyatt interrupts and talks to Jericho. He cuts his usual promo and Jericho interrupts it. Cue The Miz, who talks about being upset he was interrupted on Monday night. Miz gets in the ring and gets a Codebreaker again.
This was just the beginning of a great feud between Jericho and Wyatt. I was skeptical that Jericho was going to be too cheesy in his attempts at being funny. He did just enough to turn his happy return into a serious matter. One week down and you have to believe that it is only going to get more intriguing.
