This week's Wrestlezone Stars in Progress looks at WWE and TNA, Daniel Bryan's injury, top feuds treading water, new additions to both rosters, Divas in action and more.
The Shield vs. Evolution
Wyatt Family vs. Cena – Step to the Side
I don't think this program really moved anywhere this week. The Shield beat up everyone on the roster in the main event – a strong show of power, but we've seen it before. They didn't really pave any new ground. I would like to see somebody step up and take this story to the next level. Somebody get personal. If Randy Orton needs to cuff somebody to the ropes and make out with their wife again, let's get it done.
The same thing can be said about the Wyatt Family and John Cena. Halfway between two PPV's should be the time to come out swinging and elevate your top programs, but I don't see WWE doing that yet. GIVE ME A REASON to care beyond the two matches we've already seen. You can't run the same promos every week and expect results. To put it in football terms, you've got to move that chain. Neither of these feuds – Wyatt-Cena and Shield-Evolution – were bad by any means, but RAW was incredibly boring, and nobody moved up.
