#8 – uStream
I've watched many a Ring of Honor iPPV, and like many of you that have done the same, I have experienced the rage associated with streaming issues. Certain events, often during key moments they had me invested in, were totally un-watchable. Now, they always had the show available for on-demand viewing afterwards, but the damage had been done. ROH made the smart decision to get rid of iPPV as a took altogether, because it just never worked consistently.
This weekend ROH will be using uStream as an iPPV broadcasting service. That's the same service New Japan Pro Wrestling uses to bring all of their events to the United States. They have had very minimal technical issues, along the same lines of the WWE Network during major events. A few lag spikes here and there, maybe you might want to restart the stream once after a few hours, but nothing to make you regret your purchase.
So there's a major reason to watch this show – the iPPV probably won't die on you. You may actually get through the entire show without wanting to stab yourself in the eyes.
