Vince Russo: Step Up
The most controversial non-wrestler in wrestling history. I've never seen a group of people hate a guy they know NOTHING about more than wrestling fans hate Vince Russo. It's nuts. While I doubt that sentiment is ever going away, Vince took a step in the right direction this week, launching his very own website. The project – PyroandBallyhoo.com – will cover all forms of entertainment from movies, to music, to pop culture, to pro wrestling.
I don't care if you love or you hate Russo – his rants are often hilarious, and always worth thinking about. I've read everything on his new site so far, and most of it is a fair amount more entertaining than anything happening in WWE or TNA at the moment. His column on Kim Kardashian and Kanye West deserving each other is comedy gold, but it's also spot-on. If you are one of the thousands of people who foolishly think Vince doesn't give a damn about the wrestling industry, you NEED to check out his piece on "My Breakfast with Blassie". There are very few people in the world that are BIGGER wrestling fans than Vince Russo.

NBA Playoffs: Step Down
This isn't relevant to anything, but I only get so much editorial space on this website every week, so deal with. The first round of the 2014 NBA Playoffs was amazing. Some of the best competition I've seen anywhere, in ANY sport, in ANY era. Only the Heat and the Wizards had blow-out series. FIVE of the remaining six teams went to seven games. This second round, so far, sucks. Who's booking these games, "Big" John?
