The Undercard
Ethan Carter III defeated Bobby Lashley to kick off the wrestling portion of Impact. Back and forth, it looked like Lashley was in full control. He looked good, but you can tell he has some ring rust to work off. He did not look extremely smooth into transitions and was a guy that Carter seemed to make sure he slowed his pace down to. As the match continued. Carter was able to escape to the outside, but Willow came out and attacked Carter.
Reaction: I really like Willow's aggression, but he needs to change his clothing a bit. We can tell it is Jeff Hardy and understand that it is his alter ego, but does he really have to dress pretty much the exact same? Take the t-shirt off, wear something that is creepy and get better in that aspect. His aggression and intensity is the big selling point here, but he needs to look the part too. As for Lashley, why would you waste him in this position? If you give him money to bring him in TNA, you better use him to his fullest. The guy is a great athlete who can work at a high level with many top stars.

Gail Kim defeated Lei'D Tapa in a quick bout. A few moves from both women and Kim reversed a flop drop and hit Eat Defeat for the win.
Reaction: Really? Tapa gets her first match against Kim and loses clean? This makes no sense to me. How in the world are we supposed to take her seriously if she cannot even use her strength and power to beat Gail Kim?

-Angelina Love comes out and talks about getting The Beautiful People back together. Velvet talks about their future and she says she has gone through a lot. She is welcomed back to the group. Madison Rayne comes out and all three are in the same ring. Rayne says that she is not interested and walks away. Later in the night, Sky tells Love that she needs to go find Madison Rayne to make things right. Love goes backstage and tries to make things right. Love hugs Madison and then throws her into the lockers. She chokes her and says she better not disrespect her again.
Reaction: It was refreshing to see TNA invest this much time into their Knockouts. I really enjoyed the progression of this storyline and will be more interested to see how Love/Sky come off in the next few weeks. Will Sky turn heel or will she play a tweener for the near future?

The BroMans defeated The Wolves and Tigre Uno and Sanada
This was a really good tag team match. Edwards and Richards punch and kick Sanada multiple times, but Tigre helps his partner. Then Sanada begins to work on Richards, but Robbie E gets a blind tag. After Sanada hits Zema Ion from the top, Tigre Uno hits a dropkick onto Jesse from behind. Uno hits an amazing move off the ropes and springs off the ropes. He goes up for a hurricanranna and Edwards/Richards hit a backbreaker combination. The Wolves head to the top, but the BroMans toss them off. Jesse and Robbie hit a BroDown for the victory.
Reaction: Solid match with the right team coming out on top.You had Sanada and Uno hit their high spots, but BroMans steal a victory from the Wolves. I really liked the pacing of this match and the cheap way the heels won. When you have a talent like Robbie E, you need to build around his strengths. He is a strong gimmick and a great worker. The Wolves vs. BroMans is going to be a good feud if TNA won't switch time and time again.
