Number 10: Dolph Ziggler
The year looked so bright for Dolph Ziggler after his huge victory over John Cena at the 2012 WWE TLC Pay-Per-View. He would be pushed into a tag team match at WrestleMania against Team Hell No. It would take less than 24 hours after that for him to cash in his briefcase that he held since July of 2012. Dolph Ziggler became World Heavyweight Champion in one of the best moments of the year. The crowd loved it and the atmosphere was electric. Unfortunately, it came to a screeching halt when he would be sidelined with a concussion, only to drop the belt two PPV's later. Dolph Ziggler became a face, using his charisma and talent to win the fans over. Dolph Ziggler consistently has put on excellent matches, win or lose. His losses this year piled up late in 2013 and I am not sure what is next for him. I do know that everyone was anticipating a huge year for him. It was successful in many ways, but failed in many as well. He took the World Heavyweight Championship feuds well into the summer. He carried some boring talents like Jack Swagger and Alberto Del Rio. Give props to Ziggler for a roller-coaster type year.
