The Main Events
Sting and Magnus will face off at Bound For Glory. Magnus' character has become very interesting to me over the past few months. The guy has all the factors in the ring and continues to improve on the little things outside of the ring. Sting may not be my first choice for Magnus, but he might be the best choice. With his name and his credibility in the world of wrestling, Magnus picking up a victory over him is the only thing that could be done.
TNA needs to pull the trigger on a young guy. This is the right time for Magnus. We all know what we are going to get with Bully Ray on a weekly basis. We know the talent on Roode, Aries, Styles, Hardy, and many more of the guys the company has. What we do not know is how Magnus will react and if he will improve after Bound For Glory. He needs to win and completely change the way he is booked. They have booked him cautiously with Sting, including a little rift between the two "friends." The match will be very interesting on Sunday. How do they book him? If I was TNA, have Magnus dominate most of the match and pick up a clean and fluke-free victory. Yes, I know that is not a real word.
Grade: B
Kurt Angle vs. Bobby Roode will be an excellent match. The feud was rushed, but you do not really need much with a guy like Angle. The Hall of Fame angle is what the main focus has been. One can argue that Roode has a realistic gripe. I am in the belief that this could be the match of the night on Sunday. Keep it simple and logical.

Dixie Carter tries to put a bounty on AJ Styles. We go through the night with Styles avoiding getting beaten down. I would have been very upset if this was the finish of the night and not something with Bully Ray. The end of the night is about Ray vs. Styles. All personal feelings aside, Styles and Bully Ray talk about Dusty Rhodes and Ric Flair. Yeah, talk about a guy in a major WWE storyline right now. That makes so much sense. Styles calls Ray a bitch and delusional. Bully Ray tries to attack Styles, but out comes Dixie. Bully Ray says he wants the bounty and tries to hurt Styles. Styles grabs the briefcase, hits Ray, and dumps the bounty money on the mat. This ends Impact. There was just enough Dixie without watering down the end. Ray and Styles did all they could to make this interesting and less about Dixie. They tried.
