WrestleZone’s Top 10: What We Learned From Night of Champions

Number 3: Daniel Bryan is Still Going to be Huge

Daniel Bryan

The chase is far more intriguing when it gets extended past a month. It was a month ago since Randy Orton cashed in and screwed Daniel Bryan. I really wanted to see Daniel Bryan stand tall, but this was just a little too soon. I am not a huge fan of looking in the record books and see two championship reigns of Daniel Bryan lasting less than a day each. I really think WWE could have come away with something more intriguing that a quick count. Why not have the quick count go AGAINST Bryan? Wouldn’t that make more sense? Daniel Bryan could be able to find out who screwed him and why, who was behind it, and try to implement the “higher ups” in WWE. Even Vince has to listen to the “Board of Directors.” That term has been thrown around for years and could be used in this storyline. Either way, people are going to tune in and wait for the golden moment where Daniel Bryan is, without a shadow of a doubt, the WWE Champion.
