Ring of Fire
Kane vs. Bray Wyatt
Kane and Bray Wyatt will face off in an Inferno Match, where the goal is to…not light your opponent on fire. I wonder, which poor referee drew straws and has to share that cramped ring with two large men?
Isenberg: This match excites me because this will be the coming out party for Wyatt. We have heard about his mic work and seen how great of a character he can be. Finally, we will see his craft inside the ring against a veteran like Kane. I do not foresee either man dominating the match, but I do see a resounding win for Bray. This will lead to Kane being written off television until October or November, come back fresh, and make one last historic run.
Killam: Really Josh? His coming out party? Bray Wyatt is polarizing. When he’s on my television screen, I’m glued to all the little intricacies and mannerisms that make the character work. I don’t know how much he’s connecting with the audience yet – it’s a difficult and unique idea to get across – but I’m confident it can be done with enough consistency. Kane is a great worker; always has been. Despite this being Bray’s big in-ring debut with WWE, I could actually see him losing this match, but being put down by the whole Wyatt Family afterwards.
