The Undercard
The Shield defeated The Uso's and Christian in an average match. Much like Smackdown, Jimmy and Jey flew through the air and took control of the offensive portion. This match, in comparison of other 6 man matches, was one of the weaker ones we have watched. Dean Ambrose hits his finisher on Christian, who was hit from behind by Rollins. The end told you all you needed to know. The Uso's are getting one shot on a pre-show because WWE has nobody else. The Uso's are not that athletic, not that strong, and have not shown any mic skills. So, why are they getting a push? My thought is the "Great One" will enjoy it. Call me crazy, but politics backstage tell so much of who gets pushed.

Dolph Ziggler defeats Jinder Mahal in a quick match. Mahal was able to stomp away at Ziggler, but Ziggler quickly hit Zig Zag out of nowhere. I hated this pairing because Ziggler needs to fight legit competition. Mahal is really bad and it shows every week. Where is his strengths? He has NONE.

Kane defeated Randy Orton with Daniel Bryan being the special referee. Bryan was more of the focal point here, as he stopped the match and DQ'ed Orton when he pushed him away. Kane told him to restart the match. Orton and Kane are two veterans who really work well together. Wrestlemania 28 was a really good match between the two, as some will forget. Orton feeds off the ability to pace himself faster than Kane, giving him a slight mental advantage in the ring. The finish came when Kane hit a boot to Orton and Bryan made a very quick 3 count. Kane left and Orton hit an RKO onto Bryan. It looks like these three are a huge story that WWE loves right now. They continue to do all that they can to make it more interesting each week.
Grade: C+
Sheamus defeated Fandango when Fandango walked out to get counted out. I really thought this would be a huge win for the returning Fandango. I should have been smarter thinking WWE would let Sheamus lose clean. It hasn't happened in quite some time in single's action. I am not sure what this ending of the match does for either guy. Are they trying to preserve the Fandango character? He needs to evolve quite a bit in the next month or two to really be relevant in the WWE. If not, he could disappear.

The Miz defeated Ryback when Ryback called the match off due to an "injury." Once again, how does this help either guy? Who is more important in the eyes of the brass? Ryback is completely buried, done like burnt toast. He has nothing left for the WWE to accomplish. He continued to lose big matches, has no charisma, and lacks interest on the microphone and in the ring. The Miz and Ryback were actually have a decent match until Ryback called it off. Jericho would come in and hit Codebreaker onto Ryback. So, what does this end do? Give me an Axel interference instead.
Grade: D
Antonio Cesaro defeated Cody Rhodes. I like both guys a lot, but it was an issue pairing two heels against one another. The crowd checked out and the match was simply generic. Cesaro picks up the win. All this match tells me is that Cody Rhodes will NOT win the Money in the Bank ladder match.
