John Cena defeated Ryback to retain the WWE Championship
Reaction: Well, if anyone thinks Ryback will continue his reign at the top of the main event card, you are crazy. John Cena and Ryback, in my mind, ended their two month feud for the WWE Championship. The funny thing is people always like to complain about competitors for Cena because of who he is. Last year was worse. Last year, we had Laurinaitis and Big Show fighting Cena. The biggest difference is he was not WWE Champion. Ryback does not deserve to be at the top. His promos are bad, his ring work is mediocre, and his character is too simplistic with no dynamics to it. This was another correct prediction, as I knew Ryback would win the first contest. Cena hit an AA on him through a table in bout number 2. Ryback no sold it and quickly got up, which was a glaring issue for me. The end came when Cena AA'ed Ryback through the top of the ambulance. It was a decent match. I do think some of the spots were solid, including Cena flying on top of the lumberjacks. This is it. Ryback is done, and WWE has to realize that. The only saving grace they could've had for Ryback was to win the title tonight, but that did not happen. Give me someone more worthy of a lengthy feud for Cena.
