Number 3: Chris Jericho vs. Chris Benoit vs. Kurt Angle at Wrestlemania 2000
With 2 championships on the line in one match, you knew that this would be a classic match. You also knew that the ring work, technicality, and attention to detail would also be on display with the names of Jericho, Benoit, and Angle. All men were so similar in styles of offense that it could have backfired. It did not backfire. Actually, it was one of the best Triple Threat's of all time. Kurt Angle would lose BOTH championships in a great display of athleticism and desire. I really wish the match was longer, but it did just enough to leave a mark on this enormous Pay Per View. Benoit would leave with the Intercontinental Championship, while Jericho captured the European Championship. After this, it really propelled Kurt Angle into a solid main event status for mostly the rest of his WWE career. I loved the multiple submission moves and the continuous reversals in the match. It was high drama from beginning to end.
