He Said/She Said: Sting Heel Turn?, Randy Orton, Zeb Colter

Randy OrtonRandy Orton isn't "WWE for life"

Randy Orton recently told Comcast that he's not "WWE for life". Some people will read into that particular statement too much. Not me. It just means he doesn't plan to be Hogan or Flair, wrestling WAY too long after he should.

It also means he doesn't necessarily see himself in a backstage agent/writer/producer role. And once his wrestling career is over, he's open-minded to other possible avenues.

At least, that's how I took it.

All signs — for a long time now — have pointed to a "wrestling" career resurrection for Orton. I'm still waiting on it.

WWE is bringing in new talent left and right. Desperate times, right? Well, sometimes, desperate times shouldn't call for desperate measures, but rather, desperate PROOF.

Randy Orton would be an easy guy to put back on top during this lull period. He can continue to help put over young talent in that position, but do it a more powerful, meaningful way, ultimately doing the job to someone with the WHC on the line.

I have no plans to watch 12 Rounds: Reloaded, but I will shell out my money to watch Orton back on top where he belongs. Even if it's only temporary.
