He Said/She Said: Bully Ray…Again, Batista, Hottest Diva

BatistaBatista Says "Not No, But Hell No" To TNA Rumors

From TNA hype to TNA bite, Dixie once again set herself up for public backlash as she teases, via Twitter, a "big free agent" signing that's soon to come. I can only imagine he or she will "change the landscape of pro wrestling" yet again..right, Dixie?

When asked if it might be him, Batista told a Twitter fan the following: "Seriously @BBPACK? I am a @WWE guy to the core."

Ouch. A serious thought of Dave going to TNA at some point in the future? No such thing according to Dave himself.

Batista isn't the only guy who feels that way either. Most major stars laugh at the idea. Kind of sad, really.

I do find it a bit interesting though. If I'm not mistaken, Dave's the one who criticized WWE for going in a direction (aka Cena-South) he didn't like. It wasn't edgy enough. What's changed? If anything, it's gotten worse in that regard.

It doesn't seem like Dave's MMA career is going to go much further, if anywhere really, so he's likely trying to keep the money tree watered. Do a few movies while absence is making the WWE heart grow fonder, and then come back and demand premium dollars for limited dates. Sounds familiar.

I remember posing the question a while back, but I'll do it once more: Is Batista worth the money? Should he be held in similar standings as a Brock Lesnar or The Rock at this point in his career?

As much as I hate to admit it, I think he is, and should be. The part-time star formula has been proven to work. Maybe not long-term, but certainly for the temporary payoff it does.

If and when Batista finally returns, it will make for good business. For WWE anyway.
