Jack SwaggerThe Storylines

Sheamus and Mark Henry continued their feud on WWE Raw when Sheamus and Wade Barrett had a match. We miss a good portion of this match because it was in a commercial break. When we return, Sheamus throws Barrett into Henry, and then hits Henry. Barrett goes back into the ring for a few moves and a quick 2 count. Sheamus ducks a finishing attempt and hits a Brogue Kick onto the IC Champion.

-Henry and Sheamus brawl and Mark Henry uses a belt to whip the Irishman. He proceeds to hit his finisher to stand tall. I love how they are constantly fighting, with minimal talking. Henry is very intelligent in how he portrays himself. He is a monster in the ring, but is a smart one at that. He determines the right time to strike and then capitalizes on his opponents' weakness. Sheamus and Henry is intriguing me as the weeks go no.

Grade: B

Dolph Ziggler vs. Alberto Del Rio ends when Jack Swagger gets involved. Big E causes the DQ by throwing Del Rio into Swagger. This proceeds to unlease Swagger, who tears apart everyone. He uses the Ladder, smart move, and hits Del Rio and Ziggler. I loved the match between Dolph and Del Rio. They were given plenty of time to work. Ziggler continues to get better and better. His standing dropkick is the best in the business. He rarely misses a step and uses his lack of size to his advantage when getting his offense in. Ziggler is quicker, more athletic, and more manipulative than his counterparts. That is his best wildcard. He reminds me of a smaller Edge. He waits for his opportunity.

-What this match does is give you three guys who are in the same breathe on WWE TV. Ziggler is excellent in the ring, while Del Rio and Swagger are not far behind. They have used managers because they NEED them. Well, now is the time to see if these wrestlers can carry it themselves. If they can't, what is their long term plan? They must succeed here. They did tonight.
