The Main Event
TNA welcomes back their champion, Jeff Hardy. We see the official start between Bully Ray and Jeff Hardy, leading to a match at Lockdown. We get a few things here, with Hardy and Ray having such a storied history. I will be the first to say that I am very excited to see them feud in single's action. Both men have recreated themselves in TNA, and this could mesh with other storylines in the future. They get interrupted by Kazarian and Christopher Daniels, who basically challenge them to a fight.
Jeff Hardy and Bully Ray defeated Bad Influence in a match where you got what you expected. Bully Ray took a good portion of the beating and made a hot tag to Hardy. Hardy was hit hard and got knocked around with some lefts and rights from Daniels until Ray was able to hit the electric chair and Hardy connects with a Swanton Bomb. I loved the action in the match, even though it was predictable. I enjoyed the chcmistry from two guys who made themselves in different tag teams. Well done.
My biggest concern is that Bully Ray and Jeff Hardy as faces will not be the best that they can get out of them. Rarely does it work for the fans to see two faces battle for the top spot, especially two completely different faces. I will wait and see. Grade: B
