Aces & EightsAces & Eights – One Step Down

We all saw Garett Bischoff and Wes Brisco as members of TNA's rebel group coming a mile away, and that didn't help matters. But if we didn't, would that have helped matters? Absolutely not.

TNA has basically opted to make Aces & Eights a group full of nobodies, with one (maybe two) bigger names coming at the end. That wouldn't have been so bad if the reveals were fewer and happening quicker, but the "slow burn" feels more like no burn at this point.

What, or who, is supposed to be keeping our interest right now? Devon, still? Taz? Brisco and Bischoff?

From what I'm hearing, the leading candidates to lead the group in the end are Bully Ray, Eric Bischoff, and Jeff Jarrett. I'd go with Bully Ray or Jarrett out of that group. Bully hasn't done bad at all as a babyface, but he still works best as a heel. He could give the group new life in an instant. I wouldn't hate Jarrett being involved either, as long as he doesn't become the focus of Impact altogether.

I certainly haven't given up on Aces & Eights, but I'm ready for the meat of the group to hurry up and get involved.
