Vince McMahonVINCE MCMAHON – ONE STEP DOWN

It's hard to argue with the boys from Chair Shot Reality when they suggest Vince McMahon's creative ability might be growing dim. However, it's a moot point in the end. Vince isn't going anywhere anytime soon.

I would love to be a fly on the wall during today's WWE creative meetings. It has to be wildly entertaining with plenty of laugh-out-loud moments.

I know it's not an excuse, but I can only imagine things aren't easy for the Chairman given the personalities around him. Think about it — you've got Heyman AND Punk together, Hunter and Steph, Cena is apparently stepping up and speaking out, and then maybe the worst of all, Vince has his own input. Egos, egos and egos.

And that's just behind the scenes. In front of the camera, Vince seems out of touch just the same. Can someone tell me the point of a Raw GM right now? McMahon proved Monday why Vickie Guerrero's position means absolutely nothing. Vince should either get out of the way completely or be put right in the middle permanently, but he continues to line up in the middle and it's counterproductive.

I respect Vince McMahon a great deal, but he really is his own worst enemy. He's the Jerry Jones of the WWE and as I currently watch my Cowboys right now, that's a sickening and very insulting comparison.
