Title This: WWE Raw Reaction 9-10

SheamusSheamus, David Otunga, and Ricardo Rodriguez

What I Liked:

I may be in the minority here, but I thought this segment came off great. It showcased Sheamus' personality, as well as making it look more realistic. They used more Hollywood types cuts from shot to shot, it felt more produced, and not like the typical WWE style. With three hours of TV time, I enjoyed this break in action to further a storyline that involves the World Heavyweight Champion. Nice dig about Bryan and Yes! chants. That really made me laugh, and I thought was written brilliantly. Hell, this is the stuff Freddie Prince, Jr. would have helped with if he was still with the company.

What I Disliked:

The only thing I disliked was that Del Rio was not involved. He is the challenger, not Otunga and Ricardo.

Eve, Layla, and Kaitlyn Defeats Alicia Fox, Natalya, and Beth Phoenix

What I Liked:

The match was not excellent, but I did see some bright spots. Kaitlyn looked more comfortable in the match with other veterans, and held her own when executing her moves. The clothesline she hit looked better, and not as weak. She is a strong build, so she should focus on ground and pound tactics, and not an athletic way of thinking. Eve gets the victory, which enforces the idea of her becoming the champion. Eve has been the best diva for quite some time in an overall aspect. I still would love to see Beth or Natalya back on top. Nonetheless, the match forwarded the Divas Championship storyline and makes me a little more interested in to see what happens at Night of Champions. Job…done.

What I Disliked:

There is still some concern with the overall lack of talent. Eve should have been announced into the Divas Championship match tonight, so all three women could interact. I want to see more personality shine through from Kaitlyn, Eve, and Layla. Would it really hurt if all three were interviewed about their win, and talk about the Divas Championship?
