WWE SummerSlam 2012 – What Did & Did Not Bother Me

WWE SummerSlamWhat Did NOT Bother Me: The Wrestling

Let me start by discussing the two grading scales I use for most pay per views and ALL major pay per views. First, there's the collective grade of the in-ring work. The second thing is more from a creative standpoint and how the pay per view shaped the future and whether or not it made us want/need to tune into Raw the following night.

I'll talk the second scale in a minute, but I thought the wrestling was very solid last night. It seemed like the guys were trying to make their time in the spotlight feel special.

Dolph Ziggler and Chris Jericho did their jobs and set the bar high. Most others followed suit and it made for a great night of wrestling.

A job well done and the true winners in this case were the fans.
