STING'S ATTACKERS – ONE STEP UP
Call me a mark, but I enjoy mystery angles in pro wrestling.
Of course, the payoff has to live up to the anticipation when you go this route, but kudos to TNA for throwing this particular spaghetti string against the wall. They can't rest on playing it safe; they need to take chances, try new things, and figure out ways to expand their audience at any cost.
I like Sting at this point in his career. He's there — or should be, at least — to put over younger talent. He returned and did just that for Bobby Roode, and I hope this story leads to the same with someone else.
It's hard to predict who that might be, however. But I'm sure I'll be placing the result in this column, whether it be good or bad.
