The song needed to be perfect for a mysterious superstar like this. He does not speak much, and is all about the look and sound. Yes, he went through a period of “American Bad Ass,” but Taker will always be remembered for this song. Ain’t No Grave” was great for that one match, but they always have to go back to the original. Nothing compares to the history behind this song. Some of the greatest moments in professional wrestling history have been connected with his tune. No lyrics, no fancy bass or anything. A simple organ playing is all that was needed to make this song infamous. Job well done.
