Number 2: Triple H
Do we really need to go into detail why this is one of the best theme songs of all time? Motorhead did an unbelievable job in connecting this and Triple H for his theme song “Time to Play The Game.” He tried a King of Kings song which was decent, but nothing would ever match Triple H and the hard guitar riff as the song begins. It means importance, it means business, and it means that something great is going to happen. Now, we do not hear it as much, so it means so much more when we do. Madison Square Garden’s roof was blown off when he returned from a quad injury in the early 2000’s, and the song helped. The hard rock, the demonic laugh, and the direct coorelation between the song and who it was adapted for, is a perfect blend as why this is number 2 on my list.
