Devon def. Robbie E and Robbie T to Retain the Television Championship:
What I Liked:
This triple threat was thrown in last minute on Impact Thursday Night. Although the match was not half bad, I felt like it was rushed and forced. The action was good, and they did not waste too much time on it. Devon was cleaverly booked right from the beginning, especially when attacking both Robbie’s. Devon wins the match with a quick roll-up. That made sense so neither Robbie’s look terribly week.
What I Disliked:
He basically put himself in a handicap match, which I mocked and thought was ridiculous. I know you try to make Devon look powerful, but there are other ways. Also, Robbie E or Robbie T should have won the match. Devon does not need this title to solidify himself in any way. Quite frankly, I do not see what else they can get out of a guy like him. I do see the positives out of putting the strap on a younger guy, and both men could benefit their careers and start to progress to a higher profile match. They have been stuck here for a while, but maybe that is all they are good for in the company.

Ken Anderson def. Jeff Hardy
What I Liked:
A great spot to put these two guys in the card. Hardy and Anderson seem to be so comfortable with one another, it shows after every single move. The pace of the match was picked up by a simple few arm drags, which is so easy yet done perfectly from Hardy. Anderson uses his heat to steal the Twist of Fate and connects it on Hardy. I liked the essence of this match, especially how they were able to reverse out of each other’s finisher. There was a few great quick covers that translated into two counts. Finally, the finish came with a controversial roll-up, in which both guys look confused.
What I Disliked:
ANOTHER roll-up to end the match. With guys like these, they should have booked a clean victory for one or the other. Neither of these guys are really going to be harmed by losing, especially a fan favorite like Jeff Hardy. I feel like the roll-up at the end may have been botched, but I have been fooled before. A weird ending to a somewhat entertaining match. I just wish we were given something more overall. It is an open-ended feud that I am not quite sure they even know where they are going with it.

Crimson def. Eric Young:
What I Liked:
Crimson came out and open challenged anyone on the roster. I love how he is using the attacks on Morgan to his advantage. Morgan is a big, strong, and marketable guy. Let Crimson build off of “putting him away.” This match, however, did nothing for me. Crimson picks up the victory in a squash type match.
What I Disliked:
The belief to the fans that Eric Young could potentially beat Crimson. This is a stupid idea, with an absolute waste of time. That is what WWE does, wastes valuable PPV time for a squash match. Hopefully, TNA is not going to do that with Crimson. Be creative.
