MATT MORGAN – ONE STEP UP
Rumor has it that Matt Morgan is out of dates on his own contract, hence the reason they ran the recent injury angle. His contract expires later this year and both parties have shown signs of interest.
And no, TNA is not one of the parties I’m talking about.
Matt Morgan should absolutely entertain the idea of returning to the WWE. In fact, he should be running back to them with open arms.
When he joined TNA, he was fed a ton of lines by the current management there. He was going to be one of their MAIN guys. And although he’s been in the middle to upper-middle level the entire time, it’s nowhere near what was expected for him, and by him.
If Jim Cornette was still with TNA, maybe it would be different. But I doubt it.
I’m not saying WWE will do any better with Morgan than TNA did, but he'd be seen and getting paid.
