WrestleZone’s Depth Chart Results – Sheamus or CM Punk?

2.) CM Punk: This marks the first time that WWE Champion CM Punk is not in the #1 spot on The Depth Chart. Don’t get me wrong, Punk’s victories over Chris Jericho at both WrestleMania and Extreme Rules were great. He’s still the “Best Wrestler in the World”, it’s just that this week he’s not at the very top of the mountain (ha, get it? Mount Killamanjaro…? It’s a pun, laugh). Chances are though, with Daniel Bryan as his new opponent, things can only get better!

NUMBER ONE — World Heavyweight Champion: Sheamus

SheamusSheamus wrestles on both Raw and Smackdown with great frequency, almost always picking up a victory. At  WrestleMania he won the World Championship in 18 seconds from Daniel Bryan. At Extreme Rules he proved that he’s not a fluke Champion, and that he’s also a damn good wrestler, when he went almost 25-minutes and beat Daniel Bryan in two falls to retain the title. Six days later on Smackdown, Sheamus took a beating at the hands of Bryan and Alberto del Rio, but came back later in the night to beat Bryan in the main event, despite heavy distractions.

His name is Sheamus, and he loves to fight!
