WrestleZone’s Top 10: Misused Talent

Number 1: Dolph Ziggler

Dolph Ziggler

Talk about a guy who has all of the tools to be one of the great superstars of the decade. Dolph Ziggler has built himself up from a poor cheerleader to a realistic and cocky superstar who has the look, but more importantly the skills inside the ring to be one of the best ever. Ziggler has been Intercontinental Champion, United States Champion, and has competed numerous times for the World Championship. (Yes, he was champion for a few seconds, but I do not count that.) In 2011, he carried many great matches on Raw, including infamous bouts with Randy Orton and C.M. Punk. Dolph Ziggler is being so mis-managed right now that he is not even seen each week on Raw. Instead of having him in a prominent role on Raw, they give 4 minutes to Kane and The Great Khali. Dolph Ziggler is the best in ring performer from top to bottom that the company has. He sells every move, he gets immediate crowd heat, but he is still respected by the mass fans that watch him every week. Tell me one thing Ziggler is lacking besides the backing of creative. There is nothing. By far, Ziggler is the most misused talent in all of professional wrestling. He deserves to be a main stay at the main event level, not losing to a Dinosaur man who dances longer than he can wrestle.
