The Miz def. Santino Marella in a Beat The Clock Challenge: (4:18 seconds)
What I Liked:
So, we get a rematch from the Youtube.com Pre Show a night ago. The Miz did a pretty good job here with Santino, being able to get a lot done in under 5 minutes. Miz and Santino are very similar in size and stature, so this is logical to wonder who is more capable of winning. It does not seem unrealistic for either to win, especially with how much Santino was being pushed. I did not mind this pairing for a second consecutive day.
What I Disliked:
Nobody thought Miz would become Number 1 contender for the WWE Championship. He has been so under utilized since last year, it is ridiculous to even think he could get a title shot. Also, the match needed to be much longer, just for the sole purpose that this affects all of the other matches that we will see. We will not get a great match tonight that is over 5 minutes. It affects the rest of the show. Give them seven minutes, possibly with Santino trying to run away from Miz. I wanted so much more with these guys, but we did not get it. The match was limited due to time, and you can tell they tried to do more than they could execute.

Chris Jericho vs. The Big Show ended in No Contest in a Beat The Clock Challenge:
What I Liked:
Jericho and Big Show did a very good job with the 4 minutes they were given. Jericho was able to hit a few nice moves on Show, but Show was able to sell a miss with him falling into the crowd area. A countout was the right call for an ending.
What I Disliked:
You could tell the referee screwed up here. That is absolutely ridiculous, especially when the clock is on the TitanTron. Complete screw up, and thankfully neither of these guys were the ones who were supposed to be booked to face Punk. I wish they had more time as well. The one problem I have with Beat The Clock is that the match just ends. I feel like there needs to be a way to fix this. It leaves matches with a strange ending and the opponents are out of place having to stop out of nowhere. There was nothing memorable about this match besides the referee almost messing it all up.

What I Liked:
Is there much to like from something we have seen over and over again for the past two months?
What I Disliked:
If you want Clay to be taken seriously, throw him in a feud with someone meaningful. Even though I did not like him beating Ziggler, at least it is worth more than a two minute match from someone who is NEVER used. I assume he and Santino are no longer a tag team, even after a big pop from the crowd and some intrigue put back into tag teams for a quick moment. That would give him something to do each week, instead of this recycled garbage. I am being very patient, but the fans deserve so much more.
Grade: D (Naomi is stunning and stacked. There is my man card trumping this from getting an F)
