Kelly Kelly & Maria Menounos vs Beth Phoenix & Eve Torres
Let’s just go ahead and get this impending car crash out of the way first… Usually WWE will milk a celebrity guest for all their worth (see: Donald Trump); that’s not the case this year. Maybe that’s because WWE’s roster is finally speaking for itself (unlikely). It’s more likely because the biggest “guest star” in the history of WrestleMania is competing in the main event against John Cena. Either way, we’ve seen a grand total of one promotional segment on Raw that I felt truly built this match. To be fair, very few wrestling fans care about celebrity guests, or Divas matches. If they’re going to try to milk “Extra” exposure for ‘Mania, this is how I prefer they do it. My biggest frustration with ALL of this is that Natalya got pushed to the side, the “Divas of Doom” were scrapped with no warning or explanation, and we’re back to Eve and Kelly again…

Ken: Yeah, we all wanted to see Beth Phoenix take on Kharma… or at least Beth and Natalya. But, if you need a little bit of a celebrity rub, Maria Menounos is harmless and has proven to be a little better in the ring than some of the Divas. So, I’m with this. Beth jobs to Maria (giggity) in the Bam Bam Bigelow Memorial Lose to a Celebrity Spot.
My Prediction: The Diva’s Champion looks strong and pulls out a clean victory. APRIL FOOLS! Come on people, it’s not like this is WrestleMania or anything… Kelly Kelly and her “celebrity” guest take this one, easily.
